On such a short notice, Derek helped me get a massive settlement insurance claim that should have been difficult to accomplish. He was very persistent and responsive with me over the period. And to say very professionally friendly. Really felt he was caring for my health. Highly recommend him in any situation. Which, of course I already have to other close acquaintances.
