Courtney was a great help and asset during a really tough situation. The process ultimately was smooth and efficient. Though I don’t recommend family legal problems, I do recommend Courtney should you find yourself in a situation where you need a family law attorney.

A few months ago, my husband and I attended a free lunch advertised as an informational meeting about estate planning. The presenter was Joel Mullen of the Mullen & Guttman law firm,. The meeting was fast paced and informative, so we decided to set up a private meeting with Joel at his office. There he reviewed the process of setting up a Living Trust. We had a second, and longer meeting with him three weeks later where he gathered all of the information needed to prepare the necessary documents. He explains complex matters well, and we felt completely at ease with him. We finalized the documents at a third meeting, and were impressed with how easy it was to complete a process that my husband and I had procrastinated on for years. I'd recommend the firm of Mullen & Guttman with no hesitation.

My wife and I just wrapped up the process of making a Living trust and we were very impressed by the clear, concise and personal way Joel Mullen and his staff guided us through the entire process. We are in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and we were happy to see all the precautions they took to keep us and themselves safe all the way to the actual signing. That included keeping all signed papers isolated for 3 days before handling. We can very much recommend this firm.
