Attorney, and Partner, Heather Bailey was absolutely great to work with. The process was seamless, communication was great, and the outcome was exceptional. Going to meet with a lawyer can be an overwhelming experience, but that is not the case when working with Heather Bailey. The Malone Bailey office is inviting and the front office receptionist staff members are beyond kind. Madeline Jensen is the best lawyer I have found in regards to my complex child custody case. I wouldn't invest my time, energy, and money on anyone else. I've had other lawyers in the past and thank goodness my search ends with Madeline. I've thrown her tons of information (5+ years worth) and somehow she managed to compile everything so orderly and swiftly. She's patient, caring, calm, understanding, diligent, smart, and so so sweet! This law firm truly gives it their all. She will tell you honestly what is relevant, what is not, and explain to you why. Madeline practices alongside her father who was also an extremely experienced lawyer and they do not hesitate to consult each other in order to create what's best for you and your family. Madeline would only do this in extremely complex circumstances as she is plenty knowledgeable on her own. They are the ultimate dream team. Honestly I believe the work they do couldn't get any better and their prices do not break the bank. 10/10 recommend!
