I went through a very difficult divorce that also involved the well-being and custody of three young kids. It was an extremely scary proposition to be facing when it all began but JJ kept things in perspective and his team kept me will informed on how the process would work as well as answered any and all questions i had. I'm a dad that ended up getting full custody of my kids which isn't likely the most common outcome in these situations. I am very thankful for everything JJ and his team did for my kids and I. I would recommend and have referred clients/friends of mine to him and will continue to do so going forward.

I hired Mr. Cline for my divorce. He made me feel like he was going to fight for my needs until he got his retainer. There was an individual who wrote a review and gave Mr. Cline two stars. I experienced the same thing. I had issues and I sent emails addressing those issues. Mr. Cline failed to respond and address my concerns. He was more worried about going on vacation. Mr. Cline failed to work for me, rather he spent more time representing my ex and arguing with me on why we should do what my ex wanted and how need to go that route. Now that we have gone that route, I am unable to see my child because of the extremely high cost of travel. If you want someone to take your money and use it for his vacation, then I would hire Mr. Cline, if you want to be represented I would recommend looking elsewhere. I regret hiring Mr. Cline and I hope no one has to deal with what I had to and not to mention waste a bunch of money.

I have hired Attorney Cline for a divorce and custody matter. He was very professional and his staff was amazing. I learned that the process is long and it takes time to get court dates. Attorney Cline was knowledgeable and excellent in the court room. The court paperwork that he prepared was always perfect. He dug into the facts and used the law to back up the facts in my case. If I wasn't able to speak directly with him, I spoke to his assistant. I would recommend him to anyone. Custody is a very emotional subject and when I had questions, he answered them and gave me immediate peace of mind knowing that I was in the care of someone who cared and who would fight for me. If you need an attorney, hire JJ Cline, you won't regret it.

We have worked with JJ on numerous occasions. First for an accident we were involved in and and second for a family matter. He cares about us and our case, and works hard to get the right outcome. He's morally sound and a pleasure to work with.

I found Mr. Cline and his staff to be expedited in their response in scheduling a consultation, during which I found Jon to be very competent and approachable. His knowledge and previous practice in family law was most useful in addressing the issues and matters at hand-with both case specific details and the administrative process throughout the preparation and attendance to the hearing. Mr. Cline and his staff were prompt in responding to questions and completing necessary tasks. Most importantly, Mr. Cline was very comforting and reassuring, confident in his practice as I found it to be solidified in fact and law and ethically sound. Absolutely would I trust the most important legal concerns in my life with the staff at Cline-Jensen.

My ex-husband and I came to J.J. Cline to dissolve our marriage. We had an initial meeting with him where he informed us of our options. My ex-husband decided not to be represented by counsel and J.J. clearly informed him of his rights to an attorney of his own choosing. I was provide a questionnaire and was informed of the information that would need to be provided in order to complete the necessary documents. After, providing the office with the information they requested I was told I would receive a draft shortly thereafter. Approximately a week passed and I was provide a draft of our documents. My ex-husband and I each had an opportunity to review the documents. We both were satisfied with the draft we received. We then scheduled an appointment to sign the documents. At our appointment J.J. read the documents to us and explained each of them to us thoroughly. J.J. was very welcoming and made a difficult situation comfortable. I have recommended others to J.J. Cline in the past and I will continue to recommend others in the future. I am very appreciate of how he took the initiative to understand our unique situation and assist us through the process.

I secured Mr. Cline's representation on a divorce and custody matter through legal assistance. While professional and convincing in the initial meeting, I was not impressed throughout the process with his response time or quality. When going through such an emotional and scary ordeal, a parent deserves an attorney that is sensitive to their fear regarding their children. When getting into Family Law, dealing with this is a high probability. Mr. Cline lacked such sensitivity and I was treated as just one of many cases he was dealing with. I believe he went through 3 different legal assistants in the months that I worked with him. Each time I called asking for someone specific or sent an email, I was told that the intended recipient was no longer with the office. He was late to our initial hearing and works less than a few blocks away. He put more energy into talking deer hunting with the bailiff than discussing my case that day. Maybe it was because I was a legal assistance case that it did not matter to him, but his low level of interest was made obvious. During the heat of my custody case, he chose to discontinue representation because I was too demanding. As I stated before, he lacked any sensitivity or quality responses when I had questions and would take sometimes weeks to return a phone call. When I shared my frustration with this, I was told that I was one of MANY cases that Mr. Cline had on his plate and he would respond when he could - meaning weeks generally. A good lawyer should at least attempt to make your case feel important to him. I was not impressed and do not recommend his services.
