I went to Eric after having a horrible experience with my first Attorney. He was able to manage my case with extremely limited time and got me the results I was hoping for. Just and all around excellent Attorney! Prompt, communicative, friendly and effective!

Eric has been my attorney since 2008 when I initially went through my divorce. The most impressive thing I noticed about Eric from the beginning, was his passion, his desire to win, and his belief in doing the right thing. With any client/attorney relationship, communication is key. Eric was always available for advice and case review. If I wasn't able to reach Eric immediately, my calls were always returned in a very timely manner. Through the years, Eric has helped me with various other matters that arise after a divorce with kids, and just like in the beginning, his passion, attention to detail, and desire to win have never wavered.

I retained Eric Parker's services for a custody and child support dispute over my son. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. Eric was so knowledgeable and such a great resource throughout the stressful process. He also had a great team behind him if he needed input on my case. I was very overwhelmed at the start but he made me feel very comfortable and confident. Eric was responsive and always gave me his undivided attention. I never felt like I was wasting his time or that I was a lower priority than other clients like I had felt with other consultations when searching for counsel. I appreciated that Eric was upfront with me and was honest about the various outcomes as well as kept me in check with my expectations and behavior. Another big factor in choosing Eric is that I fully trusted him to not only handle my case but not nickle and dime me or view me as simply a business opportunity. I cannot say enough good things about Eric. I would and do recommend them to anyone in need.

Through a long divorce I was always told by family and friends what a difficult challenge it would be to get back what was most important to me and my kids. That was our time together. When Eric first mentioned to me that he thought it was possible for me to get custody of my kids I was pretty shocked. Although I knew it was in the kids best interests to be with me, I saw little hope in this happening. Eric believed that my goal was truly in the best interest of my kids in wanting to give them as normal and stable life as possible. The process started. I could go on and on about the times of doubt that I had only to get the calls and emails of encouragement from Eric. I had never seen him lose faith that we were doing what was best for my kids. Through a couple of court appearances and many months of waiting I received the call from Eric. His hard work and efforts to do what was in the best interests of my kids had paid off. Eric had gotten to know my family pretty well and he shared the joy in this accomplishment nearly as much as I did. I had received the custody of my kids that I had prayed for over and over again. It never felt like a win for me personally but it certainly was for my two kids. It's been nearly a year since I have had them and I cannot say enough what a blessing it was to have Eric on our side. He was an answer to our prayers.

2.5 year Divorce, 1.5 year trial. I was very nervous and basically scared initially. Eric walked me through each step and process. We tried every avenue possible to settle out of court but unsuccessful . Since there were Children involved, there were three ENE completed with no agreement from the opposing party. Eric called the exact outcome or was at 90% on all dollar amounts & rulings. Eric showed me first hand, "Its not what you say, it's what can prove" Opposing client had 2 different lawyers over the 2.5 year period, so at one point dates were pushed out 5 months. Everything was split 50/50. as Eric predicted it would be. Rate was fair. I would refer Eric Parker to all friends and family.

I have been going through a custody case with Eric Parker. He worked very hard to get what I wanted. He kept me informed of what I needed to know and how things were going with my case. I have been very please with him and his office.
