I just wanted to share that I also worked with Chris villione and I can not say nothing bad about him or his work he was there for me when really needed him he took care of two cases for me and a friend of mine and did a phenomenal job he took everything off My shoulder and let me worry about getting better and hopefully I will never be in a situation like this or my family and friends but if so he is my man and if you are looking for someone don't think just give him a call and God bless

It's tough to put into words how thankful I am for Jeff, Jen, and everyone else at the Law Office of Jeffrey A Jones who helped with my case. I was in a pretty severe car accident in 2022 where I sustained a traumatic brain injury and spent weeks in the hospital. I was involved in an accident where an unlicensed driver failed to yield when making a turn and slammed into my driver's side door, causing injury and totaling my vehicle. The accident brought up many concerns, my missed time from work, medical bills, and if my injuries would have a lasting impact that may affect my ability to do my job. My case was long and arduous, the acute trauma and injury to my neck, resulted in the migration of pain down to my low back. I saw world class specialists, underwent cervical rhizotomy, repairing three discs, and two lumbar spine surgeries. These three surgeries were successful! treating 75-80% of the debilitating pain. Chris helped with a settlement I had from an injury/surgery resulted from a dog attack. His communication was excellent every step of the way. I have never needed an attorney for anything before but I was happy with the entire experience and I would recommend.

I found Jeff Jones to be condescending, rude and incredibly arrogant. I tried to change to a different personal injury attorney twice and both times I was told to go back to Jeff Jones by other personal injury attorneys. They are obviously all friends that look out for each other, not their clients. I thought my nightmare would have ended with the accident where I was hit by a Ram truck by a distracted driver and sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury, a broken shoulder and injuries to my back and neck. My nightmare didn't end until I didn't have to deal with Jeff Jones anymore. To add insult to injury - after my case was settled they took the 1/3 of my settlement - 37,500 . On top of that I was also charged 5,832.66 for fees for Jeff Jones only. Why on earth was that fee not included in the 37,500? Talk about pure unadulterated greed! I spent most of my career in Peds and Adult Critical Care and have never seen such rudeness, arrogance and condescending behavior or been treated so unprofessionally. If you need a personal injury attorney run as far away as you can from Jeff Jones. It will be the best decision you have ever made.
