They want you to pay a debt.... but make it so effing difficult to even talk or pay them. Nasty lawyer I talked to wanted to leave me with no money during the month when i have a child. For barely 2k of debt. I pay off money and it doesn't get deducted. These judges take what they say as truth.

I was issued a default judgement for a court case I was never told about. The paperwork sent to me is not even filled out, leaving many blank lines where information is supposed to be written, and there is no information about what I was sued for. Garbage company.

Opposing counsel here. Frustrating that all of their emails (both generic and direct) block messages you send to them. Even more disappointing when you are responding to an email you received from Gurstel. Poor communication leads to poor resolutions all around. I've liked and appreciated their attorneys fine, but this system is disruptive and lacking. If you could at least make it so opposing counsel could respond to direct emails received, I'd happily remove this review. Just need to let your company know of this problem.

This company has issues with their policies and the lies they are displaying are ridiculous. They don’t follow up, need permission to send out a text and mail a letter, etc etc. They claimed they only use debit card but clearly the website gives two options 1. Credit card 2. Checking and that’s it but the representative tried to make me appear crazy and the asked me to screenshot I should have said I need permission so I screenshot and emailed it to them now let’s see what they going to say now. I have proof. Be careful because they tried to blamed their coworkers and the customers.

Scam I have been dealing with this company for years. They are trying to garnish my wages for a private student loan that was paid off 15 years ago. I have called and talk to them multiple times. DO NOT TRUST THEM! The BBB has given them a 1.29-star rating for illegal collection and tactics. I have reached to the MN State Attorney General for assistance. Never trust them.

They dont even answer their phone

If Google would allow I would not give it one star ⭐. This Law firm keeps calling leaving messages for people that I never even heard of. Seriously I don't know where you got this number from. You've called multiple times with different names of multiple individuals. You have been told wrong number each time you have called. Seriously how did you pass the bar exams if you can't understand that you're calling the wrong number. I don't care if you're an attorney or a legal assistant SHAME on Minnesota for giving you a license to operate in the state.

Just finished speaking with a Mohamed Badio that works for this company! ABSOLUTELY RUDE, Dogmatic, and unprofessional. He’s a pour representative of this company. If he is a reflection of this institution the whole company needs reform! Absolutely one of the worse experience I have ever had with someone that reached out to me. I just called back to gain the information. Once I called back. I was on a extended hold, constantly cut of in the mist of explanation he asked for. To him abruptly ending the call.

Husband got a summons and garnishments that he already paid off. They said that he had a payment under 300 left and it accrued interest for a total of 1100. It has only been a year!

They only have one goal, to make poor people pay as much as possible for as long as possible.
