Steve Bradt is a superb attorney. My employer’s Workers’ Comp insurance company accepted my claim, and was covering the occasional doctor’s appointment and medication. Then I tried to schedule surgery, and all the wheels stopped. They required me to see a sub par retired hand surgeon. I retained him as soon as I realized my case was going to go through some abnormal bumps with my employer, surgical difficulties and the work comp insurance company.
