In May of 2015, I hired Hassan Sahouani, PhD, J.D. to file paperwork for Intellectual property  and limited liability registration for my new business. It was completed that same month. Additionally, the symbol with name for my business was submitted in May 2015 for consideration to the US Patent and Trademark Office for trademark registration. The trademark was approved and certificate of registration received January 2016. Mr. Sanouani walked me through the process step by step, as well as, supplying supportive documentation (when applicable) expeditiously. There were no surprises and everything went as expected.
