The most stressful experience I have ever been involved in. I am a father in which my ex-wife alienated me from seeing our son for absolutely no reason other than to be cruel, nasty, hateful, etc. To make this process even more difficult, mental illness was an issue that had to be dealt with from my ex-wife. I retained Elizabeth Juelich as my attorney and she went to battle for me. She was extremely prepared for every step in my proceedings and worked around the clock hours on my behalf. She was very informative and responsive to my requests. She was firm when needed and listened. She always took detailed notes and was able to retain this information throughout the divorce (this is easier said than done when working multiple cases simultaneously). Fast forward now, i have 50/50 custody of our son and my relationship with him could not be any better. Lastly, any fathers out there who are unsure of who to retain, I strongly recommend Elizabeth Juelich to represent you. You will not be disappointed.

I hired Elizabeth to assist in a post-decree parenting time battle that has continued for several years. When I first met her, I knew immediately that she was professional and knowledgeable about family law. She has helped me make informed decisions based on a myriad of issues and I trust her to help me with the most important part of my life - my children. Elizabeth has always responded quickly to emails and phones calls, even while not under retainer. My stress levels soar when dealing with court, mediation, or deciphering the many court orders I have and Elizabeth has always been there to calm and reassure me that I am doing everything I can. I have re-retained Elizabeth a few times and I know that she will fight for me because she knows the law so well. I really trust her to help me navigate what can feel like a never ending journey. I value her insight and humor and have recommended her to others having to deal with the immense stress of divorce, custody, etc.

As a father in a child custody case, I was worried that I was fighting an uphill battle. I was supported and guided every step of the way in making sure I wouldn't loose the ability to be part of my sons everyday life. Sherri and Kelly were organized, focused, and extremely helpful during an incredibly stressful time. I fully recommend Sherri and her team.

Elizabeth Juelich shares her training in Collaborative Divorce as though it is something one can rely upon when interacting with her, or a positive criteria to hiring her. Whether you have hired her, or she has been hired by your ex, she's a fraud. A real fraud. She pretends to stand on the side of good faith, collaboration, and what's in the best interest of the children. I've know here over 5 years now and know her to be a fraud at Collaborative Divorce. She simply uses the CP principles to lure in the opposite and take them down. And continues to not help clients on either side follow their Parenting Plan, if they ever got to that point years later. She uses her CP training to manipulate and win over. Her Legal Ethics should also be in question. She will as soon cut you down as a person, leave behind a good friend, or use the swish of the hair to lure in your ex.

I LOVE Sherri and Kelly! I definitely recommend this firm, Sherri and her team. Sherri represented me on a custody issue filled with lots of tension. She listens and she ACTUALLY cares. I had been represented by others before but not like how Sherri represented me and continues to represent me! She sympathize and empathize with me, the whole way! She’s always honest with me, even when it’s not what I want to hear. She helped prepare me for what was to come, every step of the way. Post-decree, Sherri represents me on a limited scope. She helps guide me through all my post-decree issues; she even called me back in the late hours because of an urgent voicemail I left her!! Sherri and Kelly are both super responsive and clear! They won’t disappoint!!

Sherri and her paralegals were very responsive, detailed, organized, communicative and professional throughout my limited scope representation matter. Sherri is very knowledgable and was very passionate about my case. Sherri would get back to me fairly quickly when I would reach out to her for urgent matters (and even non-urgent matters) and if there were times she wasn't able to respond, she would have her paralegals reach out to me relaying her message; she would never leave me hanging. I needed a lot of hand holding throughout my matter and Sherri never made me feel that it was an inconvenience for reaching out to her at any time for anything. Sherri has been very understanding, supportive and sympathetic towards my situation and has helped me keep strong throughout my matter. She has provided some great advice that I will carry on with me forever. I am very grateful I discovered Sherri and her team and am very pleased with how she handled my matter.

Sherri and her team took care of me during my divorce. From an initial consultation and through the end of the process they were able to assist me with the process, negotiation, paperwork, and general process. I would recommend working with them, I am a younger individual, from a cost and time standpoint. The only item that I would like to see more of is proactive walking through the next step at the end of settlement. Being this a process the client would likely not have gone through before, knowing where you are in the official status of the divorce would be helpful.

I'd highly recommend Dan Fiskum to represent you for legal matter. He is very knowledge and professional. his rate is fair compares to others on the market. the most important that he helps to fight for what should be the right for you. personally, I've had a great experiences with his service.

Sherri & Kelly were great to work with through my divorce. They made sure I understood everything throughout the process, answered all my questions and were very responsive. Very professional but also made me feel like they cared. I would highly recommend Krueger & Juelich!

I have to get a divorce after 33 years with my husband. He made himself and the process extremely hard with his nasty attitude and constant harassment. Sherri’s team helped me with all my meltdowns he put me through and if I would not have had Sheri and Kelly helping me and talking me down from the ledge not sure I could have survived. She was able to get the divorce without having to go to court and writing my divorce decree so that it was clear, concise and dictated how the process was going to go which helped deal with all my ex was trying to do through the divorce, closing joint accounts and selling our house. Every time he caused problems with the sale Sheri and Kelly was quick to help me continue pushing everything forward to completion. If I would not have had there help and guidance I’m not sure where I would be. They are professional and willing to work with clients and for that I’m extremely happy.

Sherri clearly never had time to do the work necessary for my case. She tried skipping crucial steps to the first process which in the end cost me thousands of dollars. When I inquired about my bill and her errors, she made up a bunch of lies and used fancy wording to make her self look like she wasn’t wrong. I was truly disappointed. This happened many times while working with her. She said she didn’t care if my income was accurate on court documents- this could have gotten me in great trouble with courts, as the income was to qualify for waived fees. She first had 1,074 for income when i questioned her and then she changed it to 1800, then 1600 and when I inquired about using my January income (which brought it down to 1400) she said she wasn’t comfortable using that income because it dropped it too low- —— but she was going to use the 1074 until I questioned her on why?!? Totally crooks - very disappointed.
