It takes a while to get a hold of him but his secretary Mellissa is amazing!

Had an appointment and sat in lobby for 30 minutes past appointment time. Nobody checked on us or bothered to tell us “ sorry running late” etc... Bad experience and would not recommend. To make it even worse we could hear her laughing and joking in her office as though she wasn’t even running late with an actual client.

Susan Olson is a great attorney and I would highly recommend her.

I would highly recommend her for all your estate planning and probate needs. She prepared our Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives and other documents while explaining them in easy to understand terms. And she did this within her quoted cost!

I was hesitant to see a lawyer - but she made me feel comfortable. She completed the work very promptly and professionally
