What can I say about Trademark Title?? How about that they do literally everything, perfect! I have been using Trademark Title and my Closer, Melony Steber, for nearly 15 years now. The firs time I ever worked with them, I told them I'll stop using them as soon as they give me a reason to. That was nearly 15 years ago, and I'm still waiting for a reason to switch. They do everything right, from start to finish. The closing is the final step in any real estate transaction, so it's really important it goes well and with no mistakes. When working with Trademark, I never have to worry about anything. Once I've turned my paperwork into their office, I literally never have to check up again. I get regular updates about the progress of the closing and am never in the dark. No problems, and no worries. I will be recommending and using Trademark Title and the wonderful Melony for all buyer and seller transactions. Thank you all for your wonderful service.
