Divorce is a difficult, complicated, and emotional process. Todd was wonderful about listening to all of my thoughts and feelings, but ultimately telling me from an objective and legal standpoint what my rights and options were. He was prompt with communications. He was thorough with the discovery process. And I really felt like he was an advocate for me. I definitely recommend him to anyone going through a divorce.

Todd and his staff are very knowledgeable, business oriented, and know the law. You will not be disappointed having Todd and his office help you on any attorney needs and they will walk you thru the process the entire way. Mr. Dwire is an intelligent lawyer. I admired that about him. However, for me, I personally felt like his ideas were more important than what I wanted. Our personalities didn't mesh at all. There could be real potential there if you have an easier case than mine or if you just want your lawyer to make all the decisions. He does have a backbone which you may want in a lawyer.

I had hired Todd about 6 years ago and never had a chance to write a review. Todd Dwire is by far the best family lawyer you can hire. Straightforward, honest, and hard working. The outcome of my case was exactly what I had hoped for. Todd made sure to keep me in the loop through the whole process, answered all my questions, and was direct in what I needed to do. I cannot thank you enough Todd for all you have done.

I have known Attorney Zitek for over 14 years. He is an excellent attorney and willing to burn the midnight oil if a client needs it. I have sought Attorney Zitek's advice and assistance on dozens of occasions, and have referred others to him when they had issues that Attorney Zitek could help with. I will continue to do so since everyone has been pleased with his services.

I had the it most pleasure of speaking to mr. Dwire about my case via video chat. I learned more from him in that short 30 minutes than I had my entire time self representing and when represented. The struggle to find a lawyer with high conflict case is in real. I believe mr. Dwire was lawyer # 1,736 I have spoken with. I’m not kidding. Though it’s a rough estimate it’s largely accurate. •Knowledgeable, •confident. Absolutely no doubt in his mind , •Helpful , •Didn’t tell me candy coated fallacies that would end up with me making things worse on myself. •Honesty. •Integrity. •Real. •Human- he showed compassion in ways that only if 1/100 th the judicial system could show we would be so much better off. •Keeps it simple. •Helps me keep it simple. (What really impressed me was that he took the time to go over what I needed to do to simplify my introduction to other lawyers when I called him so that they understand easily and clearly what it is that I want and where I’m coming from and what the situation looks like.) •Empathetic but not to the point of enabling the crippling victim syndrome. •Intelligence beyond what I’d expect from any other attorney. “ gaslighting” he used in his vocabulary to describe what was happening to me. I don’t believe he has a psych degree , that’s impressive. • polite • didn’t treat me as an inferior being, as I said I learned quite a bit from him. Such as the advantage of presenting a prime face evidence based case. Mr. Dwire I’m disappointed that your unable to represent me at this time however I am so thankful for all you have given me. The most valuable part of this experience was for the first time in 16-1700 lawyers I could feel my body mind hear relax and I knew that he could be potentially the only one who could but more importantly would protect myself and 2 darling boys. Forever left an impression on me mr. Dwire thank you.
