Before I decided whether I wanted Summer to represent me or not. She made sure I understood not only what she could provide, but what each step along the way would look like. Throughout the case Summer would call to give me updates on the case and let me know what the next steps would look like. Each time I received one of these calls before any talking about the case would happen. Summer would always ask to see how I was doing, how was work going, each conversation seemed very genuine and sincere.
