Richard save me from being blindsided & Took an advantage of by the owner of a commercial property I was renting, I reached out to Richard given him a 72hr notice of a meeting with the owner about who Foots the responsibility for plumbing electricity and fire systems that this commercial unit I was renting need it done Richard show up to the meeting & was very knowledgeable to the facts of my least & agreement. Richard knows how to get straight to the point in a clean way of communicating. Richard ultimately got me reimbursed for the prior payments made to contractors also got me two months of rent at a lower rate.
