Let's take a moment and talk about professionalism. Mr. Casey and his team are the epitome of delivery. Prompt, courteous and overall knowledgeable. In my 12 years experience in litigation I have found that not all Lawyers are the same. I have handled cases at the Court of appeals and taken a chance at Supreme Court and yet district court trials for custody determination are still shaky at best for me. Mr. Casey was able to effectively communicate the best course of action and he will execute the tasks before him and he WILL deliver. The wealth of knowledge of case law, court room procedures and state statutes were known to him. If you know anything at all about how a "story" plays into law, then I will have you know this firm is where you need to look. 10 year custody battle ended in my favor above and beyond because I chose the man who will make it happen.
