We were very satified with James "Chris" Carpenter and his staff when we made our difficult decision to file chapter 13 bankruptcy. Chris never made us feel low or bad about the financial situation we found ourselves in. He was supporttive and understanding. Our first meeting with Chris was informational only and was very good. He laid out the facts and proceedure for filing bankruptcy. His assistant Amanda was helpful in gathering all the information needed to file. She was in contact throughout the process and kept us informed of what was needed or would happen next. Court day went really smooth. Chris prepared us well for the questions that might be asked & what information we needed to have/share. Filing bankruptcy is a difficult decision, but for us it was the right one.
