We like the work that Kohlmeyer does. He is hard to get a hold of.

I was initially very pleased using this Law Firm as well as with the work my attorney Tom Hagen did. The reason for the low review is because of the events that happened afterward. Tom handled my case approximately 6 years ago. After the case was completed I was told by him to contact him about getting my parental rights back and that usually the time limit for that is 18 months. He informed me that whenever I decided to contact him that he would get the necessary paperwork I needed to proceed in getting my parental rights back and that it would be included in the cost. I don't even remember how many times I've called that office in the last 6 years and have heard nothing back!! Each time it was, he's unavailable took my number and never received a call back. A few times I was asked by his assistant I'm assuming for my email address and that the paperwork I needed would be sent to me within a day. That never happened! So here I still sit without the paperwork that I was promised to have that was included in the cost to retain him. To be told that this would be handled and the amount of times I've called over the years, and messages I have left him, and being told I would receive paperwork to my email and then don't get anything, I find this to be absolutely ridiculous and very unproffesional!!!

Jason showed up late for my mediation, didn't prep, and was all talk.....I ended up going to another firm. He was nothing but arrogent. Afterwards, another person told me he screwed up his divorce and cost him thousands which he never corrected.

I highly recommend Thomas Hagen if you get a dwi and need a good lawyer. He did an amazing job of picking apart the states case which led to a not guilty verdict.

I am actually not from the state of MN however I had a terrible experience when I went to visit the state and things were pretty much not going in my favor legally.
