This law firm is very experienced, very effective, and yet very personable when interacting with me throughout my nerve-wracking legal process. I’m completely satisfied with the outcome of my case. I would hire the Kohlmeyer and Hagen Law Firm again without hesitation. And, I have since recommended them to several friends and acquaintances.

Tom Hagen is the best lawyer I've ever worked with he's got a sparkling personality in and outside the courtroom and gives great legal advice as well I was accused of felony domestic assault by strangulation gross misdemeanor interference with a 911 call and 3 other charges and mr. Tom hagen managed to get all the charges to a simple misdemener with only 2 years probation

Tom Hagen is a joke he botched my appeal over termination of my parental rights twice is one week. He has a pending board case right now from that case and I will win the case. Keep papers away from me for two months and never told me the appeal had problems until it was officially dismissed then just have up. He did more work on this case trying to save face then on the appeal. The worst of worst lawyers.

I was initially very pleased using this Law Firm as well as with the work my attorney Tom Hagen did. The reason for the low review is because of the events that happened afterward. Tom handled my case approximately 6 years ago. After the case was completed I was told by him to contact him about getting my parental rights back and that usually the time limit for that is 18 months. He informed me that whenever I decided to contact him that he would get the necessary paperwork I needed to proceed in getting my parental rights back and that it would be included in the cost. I don't even remember how many times I've called that office in the last 6 years and have heard nothing back!! Each time it was, he's unavailable took my number and never received a call back. A few times I was asked by his assistant I'm assuming for my email address and that the paperwork I needed would be sent to me within a day. That never happened! So here I still sit without the paperwork that I was promised to have that was included in the cost to retain him. To be told that this would be handled and the amount of times I've called over the years, and messages I have left him, and being told I would receive paperwork to my email and then don't get anything, I find this to be absolutely ridiculous and very unproffesional!!!
