I do not write reviews often but for Todd & Dawna they highly deserve the best review. I'm so incredibly grateful & thankful for Todd & Dawna. Their efforts & all the they do for their clients they really go above & beyond. I had a 2024 trax which unfortunately was a lemon. Todd & Dawna right away got to work fighting for me. I have a disability & Todd made me feel like I was listened to & heard. He Advocates for his clients & fights for what's fair to them. They were incredibly responsive & if I didn't understand something Todd would call me and explain. He was incredibly patient and he made sure we got every thing settled. He was honest and straightforward. I really enjoyed working with him & Dawna. They made sure every thing was easy & made it as stress free as possible. They'll be there for you every step of the way. I can not recommend them enough, if you have a lemon please call Todd & Dawna.

Todd and Dawna are great. They definitely over delivered on my lemon law case after my car was in the shop for 100+ days. They made a really complexed situation - easy, at least for me. I’m not sure what went on behind the scenes, but they cleaned up the mess and I am very grateful for them and all the help.

I had purchased a service contract from a major car company on a used car I bought. When the car needed major repairs that should have been covered under the service contract, they denied the claim 3 times each for a different reason. Even the service manager at the dealership couldn't understand why they wouldn't pay. They delayed and denied for 6 months while I was unable to use my car, each time finding another reason that wasn't valid to not pay. So I contacted Todd Gadtke, he was very knowledgeable, and professional. We filed suit against this company and within a few months had a settlement that covered the all repairs and legal fees. He was very familiar with the warranty companies policies of delay and deny in hopes that you will just go away and pay for it yourself. I used Shannon for my divorce in 2018/2019. My ex-husband is extremely contentious and cheap. I did not feel that Shannon advocated for me in the divorce agreement nor in writing the decree. There were many things I wanted listed in the decree that I wanted my ex to help pay for with regard to our three kids that Shannon would not add. I later learned that anything and everything can be added to a decree. Additionally, Shannon did not write the decree in a way that I could enlist the help of Child Support Services to garnish my ex's wages when he chose not to pay me. Lastly, I repeatedly received duplicate charges on my bills from Terzich & Ort. I parted ways with Shannon in May of 2019 and hired another lawyer as my ex filed to take me to court. I wish I had used the other lawyer from the start.
