Timothy Tonga is who I spoke with and I like the fact that he kept things real with me. Timothy explained things step by step from the beginning to the end. He called, and he emailed me as well as the rest of the team. I like the fact that the Office Assistants followed through to see if I received the emails or text that they sent. If I did not respond they called. Thanks to everyone who helped me in my time of need. I have also referred they to people that I know and need their help as well.

My wife and I had a really great experience. The entire team was very helpful, informative, and willing to answer all our questions. There were plenty of times where fear got the better of us because we did not know what to expect. The Kain & Scott office is an exceptional place to be from the moment you walk in the door to when you leave. The lawyers and legal assistants provide a welcoming and calming experience to all. William is very personable and easy to work with. He is dedicated to helping every client and provides jokes along the way. Lindsay was easy to talk to and did her job in a professional and timely manner. The staff at the Kain & Scott office in St. Cloud are superior in all that they do.

What a great team of people to work with. Misty Myers is the best! Thank you so much for guiding us through a difficult time in our lives. Misty and Stephanie, our intake specialist, were professional, knowledgeable and very comforting as we went through our bankruptcy. The sessions on rebuilding our credit rating were very helpful.
