When i started reading the reviews for Kain & Scott i thought there is no way these posts could be real. Until i arrived for my first appointment and saw for myself. The genuine care and support i received from Serena and Tim is hard to describe in words. Anyone i came in contact with had my comfort and importance of me as a person first, the case at hand second. I can truly say that i haven't had this experience in many office environments. I have no hesitation to reach out any question i may have. I used email to communicate questions and recieved quick responses. I want to thank you all for being such awesome people, also for bringing such strong light to this dark financial time in my life.

Very knowledgeable and easy going. They try to make an impossible situation easier. I am so glad we went with them. They explain everything and make sure you understand. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was going through some major financial difficulties and decided to contact Kain & Scott to discuss my options. I first met with Jesse Horoshak and he explained my options and was very thorough. I thought about filing for about 6 months and once I decided to go through with it I contacted the office and got an appointment right away. This time I met with Tim Torreson and we went over all of my finances. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. My case was filed one prior to the date that they indicated. I am pleased with their services and will highly recommend to anyone who needs help to get their life back on track.
