Brought my case to this office after a slip and fall incident. After discussing my case with Jim and him saying I had a solid case and would be willing to go the distance and take it to court if necessary. Well after a year and my claim being denied by the insurance company Jim informed me that he wasn’t going to pursue my case any longer. He had zero intention whatsoever on going to court. He’s a slam dunk attorney and will only try to get a settlement out of court. I expressed my displeasure with how I was lied to, and wasted a year of my time. I was told to stop contacting their office from Jennifer Smith. She also accused me of harassing her staff after one text message that I sent to a paralegal to help get the ball moving because I didn’t want to waste anymore time. Stay far away from this place Jim is an untrustworthy, untruthful man!

I think Kirshbaum Injury Law did an excellent job with my auto injury case. They were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I want to specifically thank Adriana, she was always so nice and very knowledgeable whenever I asked questions. I highly recommend Kirshbaum if they are a fit for what you need.
