Todd and Dawna are great. They definitely over delivered on my lemon law case after my car was in the shop for 100+ days. They made a really complexed situation - easy, at least for me. Todd and Dawna were so honest and helpful and the communication was great. Any questions I had were answered right away. I had been going back and forth with Hyundai for months, Todd gave me a dollar range he thought he could get Hyundai to settle for. Almost immediately Hyundai settled and at the very top end of the range Todd had told me was possible. I'm very satisfied with the outcome. I hope not to have any vehicle issues like this in the future, but if I do I will definitely use Gadtke Law again.

Sent detailed information to the firm about repeated warranty issues with my 2021 Kia Seltos which has been out of service over 40 business days. While Todd was willing to help, he was more interested in trying to secure for me a $3000 cash and keep with Kia, instead of a vehicle replacement or buyback. Reasoning was manufacturers are using the defense of COVID-19 for long service delays. However, I was able to secure a buyback offer from Kia on my own without much effort based on the Minnesota Lemon Law. If I can do that, an attorney at this law firm should definitely be able to. I didn't end up using their service.
