The staff at Tuft, Lach, Jerabek & O'Connell is the best! During the stressful time of needing an attorney, they create a peace of mind and operate with empathy, professionalism and a fair approach. The experience I received from the staff (especially from Lindsey O'Connell and Dan O'Connell) is unmatched. I would highly recommend this firm!

I could not be happier with the services Susan Lach provided me and my family as a parental consultant (PC). We had a different PC prior to her and it was a huge difference between the two. Susan took the time to hear and take into consideration everyone’s thoughts, questions and concerns. My children best interest were the forefront of the decisions Susan made. I highly recommend using her as a PC in any family situation.

During my search for a divorce attorney, my cousin suggested Letty and her team. She had both family law experience as well as estate law, which was what I needed. Letty’s counsel helped me through the legal proceedings. The team was always sensitive about the situation and left me feeling heard. Letty had my interests in mind during the whole process. With the firm’s expertise, I was able to make the best choices for myself during a tumultuous year. Letty is a tenacious attorney who can advocate for others while being professional and compassionate. Highly recommend if you’re going through a divorce.

Best law firm I could ever ask for. Mr Zustiak was amazing!!! Walked me threw how everything worked and fought hard for me!!! Very happy with everything he did for me!

Whatever you do, don’t use Tom tuft as a PC. His orders were ambiguous, his process is incredibly expensive (many In person meetings to deal with something that could be done via email), his communication sucks with answering/returning emails, and his ability to write concise orders is just too much to ask. Even my ex who hates my guts agrees. The guy couldn’t even figure out what one week was… so many mistakes and inconsistencies glad to finally be done with this guy.

The services provided were fantastic. Team was detailed and the process was dealt with with much success. I couldn't be happier with console that was provided. Please keep in mind that even if my case was not in my favor, I would still have been happy with the services.

DV SURVIVORS BEWARE. I'm writing to caution domestic abuse and violence survivors against working with Attorney Susan Lach. When I picked her as a parenting consultant* I spent some time briefing her and made it clear how communication needed to flow to protect my mental health. While I have only had to bring her into an issue twice in over a year, the second time she sent the most tone deaf, insulting, and triggering email that it left me reeling. I complained and sent her links to several online courses run by non-profits that teach how to better speak to survivors of domestic abuse and violence. I also demanded an apology (obviously, not yet forthcoming). Instead of doing any of the above she charged me $80 for my complaint. That's right, her firm thought that it was ethically acceptable to charge someone for complaining about their service. I further complained to the firm and - crickets. At this point, I question both their ethics and their customer service. Their overall professionalism is lacking - ignoring emails and failing to send a notification to all your clients that you'll be on vacation is a failure of basic etiquette, as if failing to appropriately address a client complaint. While she may do a fine job for simple cases, I do not think Ms. Lach should be dealing with cases that require sensitivity, or with survivors. When given the opportunity to take accountability, correct a mistake, and learn from it she chose to bill for it, instead. This shows a lack of self-awareness, along with no desire to improve her communication skills to better serve her clients, and is absolutely disgraceful. SURVIVORS BEWARE, and look elsewhere for a parenting consultant. *To be clear - this isn't sour grapes, Ms. Lach has in the past sided with me in disputes.

Really wish I would have read these reviews before retaining Tom Tuft. I have been on two call with this man both under 2 hours and it has somehow been 4000$. I emailed him last month asking for my retainer back after being billed 400$ for one email he sent me answering questions about the previous months bill. His communication skills are.. he does not have any. You will pay top dollar for his services only to be charged for tom tuft to do absolutely nothing and ignore you. I asked 20 days ago for my remaining retainer back and still gave not received any response. Save your money, this man is a crook. He will waste all of your money and completely overlook you. I wish I had known this and used a proper parental consultant that actually cares about his clients not only there money. I hope this review saves many of you the headache and financial stress of working with this lawfirm. .

Unprofessional, one sided and against seeing the truth. Was told in my mediation that alcoholism is hereditary and that I should read co-dependency books. Let I mind you I rarely drink. Everything about my divorce was focused on my boyfriend. Nothing of the fact of my ex’s drinking and behavior issues. I was advised “if my boyfriend really loves me he would do this for you and your kids”. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Christina and her team took time to get to know me, what I thought was important and the details of my case. Very responsive, to the point and gets the job done. I would highly recommend.

The team at Huson Law Firm were very professional and I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my kids. They fought for me and during this stressful process we’re always empathetic to my needs which meant a lot to me. I hope I never have to go through this again, although if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
