The team at Huson Law Firm were very professional and I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my kids. They fought for me and during this stressful process we’re always empathetic to my needs which meant a lot to me. I hope I never have to go through this again, although if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I needed assistance in dealing with a family issue. Ms. Huson was so very professional and helped me to get the answers that I needed. She followed up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly and on track. I truly appreciated her assistance and knowledge and she gave me peace of mind in handling this situation.

I was fortunate enough to be represented by Christina when dealing with our case. Christina and Kim are sharp, very on-point with analysis of issues and EFFECTIVE. I am happy to say the outcome of my case was better than she and I realistically anticipated, but that was only possible because of her relentless effort in representing my interest. This service WAS A BLESSING TO MY FAMILY! I would recommend her without reservation.

I needed their guidance for a child custody case and was handed off to several different lawyers who showed up to court knowing nothing of my case. I have terminated them and I am hiring a new lawyer. I can say so much more but just a warning DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Huson Law Firm was amazing for us. My husband and I used them for a custody agreement and later an step-parent adoption! They were good at breaking down the law and help us understand what we needed to do. They were always there when we had questions and were quick to move when something came up in the case. I never felt like I was bothering them when I would call about something. They made the whole legal system a little less scary.

I had worked with other attorneys before, so had a good point of comparison. Alexandra stood out from the initial consultation as a person who cared and would provide trusted advice to settle my case in a timely manner and that would not increase conflict. Her communication and attention to detail were excellent throughout. She seems to have a great reputation in the family law community which helps move matters along and resolve impasses. The expert she recommended was excellent. Her firm and other staff were great to work with. They have an ethical practice with a good overall process and it was a breath of fresh air.

They are very good at what they do for father's rights. I thank them all for what they do.

Susan is a very nonprofessional and a very biased attorney. She was chosen for mediation & is very one sided & far from being neutral like she is supposed to be. I would never recommend her for anything.

If I could give this firm less than 1 star, as would... I had the extreme displeasure of having Susan Lach as a parenting consultant for 2 years. Susan and her staff showed me a lack of respect and professionalism from the moment the contract was signed, while she coddled and showed clear favoritism toward my ex-husband. This favoritism turned abusive and traumatic and included Susan forcing me to under go a very expensive and unnecessary psychological evaluation (but never explained to what end she wanted that evaluation done, nor did she order my ex have one as well, even though 2 therapists involved in my case told her she needed to order one for him) She routinely refused to speak with me individually, but would have private conversations with my ex, which I was then expected to pay half of. At one point, my lawyer intercepted and forwarded on to me some of the least professional emails I've ever seen in my life, that included language that was degrading and disparaging me. She ignored any advice from my daughter's therapist that didn't fit the narrative that I was a "bad mom", refused to speak with my own therapist and never once asked my ex husband to produce evidence that he was also under the care of a therapist, despite the fact that he has had a long history of mental health issues, as well as being court ordered to remain in therapy. The Psych evaluation was stopped when the judge ended Susan's contract and the evaluator even apologized to me, saying it caused me unnecessary trauma, but I will not be getting a $2100 refund on the evaluation. Susan is unable to make modern decisions in an ever changing world. Susan doubles down on her mistakes - including telling a judge on my case that she was subpoenaed to be at my hearing to testify on my ex's behalf. There was no evidence of said subpoenae - not to mention testifying on my ex's behalf IS BIAS! She holds on to old school "traditional" values and if you don't fit that paradigm, she will gaslight and traumatized you to no end. She retaliates when you point out her errors and punishes. The last 2 years of dealing with her have left me broke financially and with extreme anxiety and PTSD. Do NOT waste your time or money on this firm, especially Susan Lach. UPDATE: Susan Lach refuses to allow me full access to my records, claiming her emails to me are my records. I am finding out that she has a long email history with my ex that I was excluded from, despite her rally cry for full-transparency. Her actions, treatment and abuse directed at me have now lead to my ex abusing our daughter through parental alienation. He regularly withholds her from me, making false, unsubstantiated claims against me, refuses to let our daughter speak to me on the phone and more. Excellent work, Susan. How do you sleep at night knowing your created and participated in this abuse of a minor child? Second Update: I recently discovered that my ex has 2 criminal charges and a DUI. Nice work, Susan. The criminal charges are about him assaulting a minor child.

During my divorce and other family law needs that I have had, Lindsey O’Connell has been a trusted advisor and has helped my family navigate a couple of large issues. Whether we ultimately took her advice or not, the entire team was respectful of our decision and we will continue to go to Lindsey and team if the need arises. (Hopefully it does not).
