I applied for SSDI and I did successfully get SSDI for a limited amount of time, as I was disabled for a little over a year. I did not know this was an option, and would have just dropped my claim if he had not informed me of this option. My only issue was I did not know that SSDI had a five month waiting period, so I didn't know my benefits would be cut by that amount. I did not learn that until after I won the appeal. (I might have been told that at some point, but I didn't remember.) Overall, Mark did a great job and won my appeal, so I am very happy with his representation.

Mark took my case to trial and won-- twice. I believe Mark is the real deal in every respect. He is smart, thoughtful, and thorough, and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He is just the type of attorney you need if you've been injured.
