I am so happy to have been represented by Tyler W. Brennan. Mr. Brennan advocated sincerely for my rights. His excellence in employment law was evident. Mr. Brennan really listens, articulates expertly and is uniquely gifted in absorbing large amounts of information and sifting it into relevant, factual and logical argument. I’d recommend Brennan Law to anyone who has been treated unjustly/illegally in employment.

Lawyers are often a punchline, but Ben turns those ideas on their heads. Anything I had heard about lawyers led me to believe they are nasty, impersonal, charges-you-for-everything and at the end of the day not really fighting for your best interest, just your dollars. When I found myself in the stressful and consuming position of struggling with employer discrimination, contacting a lawyer at first seemed impossible. I didn't even want to talk to one. But I took a breath and got a (free) consultation. From that consultation onward (which went way longer than the 20 minute slot allotted), Ben proved over and over that he was personable. I'm an emotional person, and I don't really hide that. The highs and lows (and treachery) of litigation with your employer while still working there are so intense. I almost gave up a few times, and Ben listened to me again and again. He was very patient with my millions of questions, my uncertainties, my rants. He explained every single thing to me along the way and seemed more than happy to educate me about the muddled process. It was GREAT. Well, the situation was really stressful and terrible, but Ben was very supportive the whole way. There was one point in the process when I lost some trust. I read into some conversations, there were pieces of honest miscommunication. I had some not-so-great feedback. He sensed this immediately (totally in tune with his client) and encouraged me to come forward. He spoke with me on the phone for 45 minutes. I told him my feedback and he was AMAZINGLY receptive. He thanked me more than once, explained his piece and overall really took care of the professional relationship. At the end of the conversation, I told him it was only because he's so approachable and warm that I was able to give feedback at all (normally I'm kind of shy about that kind of thing). Hopefully I will never need his service again, but I know whom I'm calling if I do.

Tyler Brennan was not only professional but sensitive and kind in regards to my personal situation. He will always give you his honest opinion and all the options available to you so that you can make an informed decision. In working with the opposing counsel he was firm and direct and fought to get me the very best results possible. I am so thankful I was referred here. I will in turn be referring my friends and family to him should they ever need assistance in the future.

Tyler Brennan is a great lawyer. He knows what he's talking about and he explains everything in ways that non-lawyers can understand. He is also kind and sympathetic. He takes the time to listen to your story and then he pulls the pertinent information and builds your case. He was able to resolve my case in a reasonable amount of time and the outcome was quite satisfactory. I would recommend Tyler to anyone needing an employment lawyer.
