Got what I needed

3+ years ago I found a mistake on our mortgage statement and no matter how many calls I made, I could not get it fixed, in fact they made it worse. The company started making threats about default so we contacted Christiansen Law and ended up filing in Federal District Court. We later reached a settlement that we are satisfied with. Three months ago they signed an agreement, but needed this long to finally clear up the accounting and correct the credit reporting. Dan contacted them almost every day during that time. Stay out of court, it is stressful and a few times I felt so beat up that Dan had to talk me out of walking away (I'm glad he did). Thanks to Dan, we made it through and the loan is now fixed.

I am a real estate professional and I have used Christensen Law Office 2-3 times for some out-of-the-ordinary litigation and potential litigation issues. I really like that they are intensely focused on my interest, so I know I'm not going to rack up needless legal fees. I highly recommend this law firm!
