Met with Herbert just a year ago when my wife petition and my I-485 was denied. He was honest enough to tell me he can turn the table around. Six month later my wife's petition was approved and I was issued a NOID. Yet he told me he can guarantee that my I-485 will be approved 98%...today I can say he was true to his words and I got my approval. I value confidence and Herbert is an epitomizes that.
