Kendal helped me with my child custody/support case that I had with my ex-husband. She was super informative and gave me options and "could be/just in case" outcomes. She added in the factor of "choose your battles wisely" because some things aren't worth arguing about with your ex partner that will prolong the case (ours took about 3 years). She kept me up-to-date on everything along the way; I never felt that I didn't have enough information on my case. Kendal will provide you with every other option to avoid costly attorney fees because we all know - attorneys are not cheap. She will fight for you and with you!

I'm currently going through a contentious custody case against a well funded ex. How to find and afford a suitable lawyer was an exhausting task. Before filing for divorce, I interviewed at least a dozen attorneys. Kendal was the associate attorney for my divorce. While I worked with her less than the partner at her firm, my experience was positive, and I would highly recommend her to others. I primarily worked with Kendal on affidavit preparation. Kendal gave me great feedback, and I could tell that she was carefully reading everything I had prepared. I first retained Kendal a few years ago to help cleanup some issues in my original divorce decree. She’s representing me again with a new issue that arose from joint custody. Utilized Kendal for a Family Law Case Involving 3rd Party Custody. Kendal was Professional but related to our needs & wants. Was upfront and transparent about cost. She helped us understand the process. Was prompt in returning Emails and Phone Call. Kendal ensured proper time for reviews on documents and ensured case deadlines were met. I did not have any issues/miscommunications with Kendal. Kendal is a professional and ensures her clients needs are heard and accurately represented.

I cannot recommend Kendal highly enough. Kendal handled complex personal, business and real estate issues with confidence, integrity, and compassion. Ultimately, I ended up with a settlement better than I ever imagined. I had always heard horror stories of over-billing from lawyers. Not once, was that my experience.
