Mike made this difficult situation easier and less stressful to go through. He explained the process well and kept me informed of what I needed to know. When I attempted to work on my appeal by myself, it seemed overwhelming and impossible. I am so grateful he was recommended to me. I was instantly comfortable with him (and Pat) and they took away so much of the stress that I had been having about the entire situation. Working with them made an unpleasant situation more bearable and I am so thankful for the work they did for me so I was able to win my appeal.
