I had the experience of working with Elliot on the purchase of a resale franchise business and was extremely satisfied with his work on, and support of, this endeavor. Elliot performed a review of the franchise disclosure document and franchise agreement. This was completed timely and with a detailed report of his findings. He then spent sufficient time with me to go through his findings so that I had a clear understanding of the legal aspects of these documents. I found that he is well versed in franchise law and was quite willing to help me understand what I needed to make a well informed decision. This work was done as a flat rate fee and I believe I received exactly what I was expecting. Further, I felt it was time and money well spent. Elliot also helped me navigate through the process to purchase the business by preparing the letter of intent followed by preparation of the asset purchase agreement. Again, I found that he was well versed in this area and that he kept my best interest in mind through the process.

Got what I needed

I had an excellent experience hiring Mr. Hoverson regarding my student loan debt. Specifically, my private loans with 2 different lenders. We were able to settle my case in a way that I am extremely satisfied with and I consider the money I spent hiring him to have been completely worth it! I especially liked that he is clearly on top of the current law concerning this, the research he did to my specific kind of case, and that he met with me and reviewed my case before taking it on to make sure it wouldn't be a waste of my money and his time. If you are in any way struggling with debt of this kind or feeling lost regarding other creditors I highly recommend him. I also would recommend him for other bankruptcy or related matters and general civil litigation. Lastly, he was easy to communicate with and reach from the moment I first was referred to him. You will not find yourself delegated to others and I felt his personal attention to my case really made the difference. I would hire him again for other matters and refer him to friends/family.

My 10 year old company tried to survive the great recession and built up tremendous credit card debt.
