I was in a car accident and hired Howard Sussman to be my personal injury lawyer Mr. Sussman and his staff did an excellent job for me. I appreciated their support and guidance during a difficult time for me. I will recommend Mr. Sussman to my friends and family in the future.

Eric is terrific. If you are looking for a a trustworthy and aggressive lawyer then hire him. I have used many lawyers in the past but Eric is by far the most ruthless. He is not afraid to speak his mind against opposing counsel and in court and his cross-examination skills are excellent. He is also very professional.

Mark was recommended to me by a friend. I felt extremely confident with the information being provided to me, and I actually felt like I was talking to a real person compared to an attorney. He listened and provided me with great information, while in a tough position that was hard to get out of. I would recommend him to anyone, and would not have any concern because he only treates his clients with the service and compassion he would expect to receive himself.

There was never a time, after paying Mark, that I felt he was on my side, there for me, or even had a defense. I went off of sheer word of mouth on this and it resulted as poorly as it possibly could have. Mark made me feel guilty throughout the entire process as a first mark on my record and did the least to make me feel like things might just be okay. There is video footage available proving my innocence of a man who hit my parked car, and then this man called the police telling them I had hit him. Mark told me to plead guilty as I had liquor in my system and the wording of a law made my case "not worth fighting for." Communication 2/10. I felt uneasy, unable to sleep or eat for over 2 weeks, anxiety for all 4 months, and Mark states that he worked to obtain the footage, however, 4 months have passed and still there is nothing surfacing. My own lawyer advised me to plead guilty as a victim. In the end, the "deal" he got me was the same as a girl who had blown a gross-misdemeanor .17. ("Saved" me $100. I am around $8k in now).

Eric was a pleasure to work with during a stressful time. He was always responsive to my questions. He thoroughly explained the process and always kept me up to date. I would highly recommend Anderson Defense!

I recently retained Mr. Anderson when my license was put into a temporary immediate suspension. Unfortunately I hired him three months later due to money issues, but if I would've known then what would happen, I would've retained him right away. Mr. Anderson always responded in a timely matter, made sure I understood what was going on and most importantly made me feel he was listening to my needs and concerns. In the end, Mr. Anderson made the process speed up, he was very knowledgeable with my concerns, and I recieved my license back. I must say Eric Anderson is the best lawyer you will find to help you in every way possible with your case! He went above and beyond with our case!
