I was very happy with Howard Sussman's services for my personal injury case. He worked on things in a timely way and I am happy with the results.

For anyone wondering of they should hire Mark I will just say this. You don't only get a lawyer that will fight tooth and nail to do what's best for you but you also gain a friend for life. I was given a stayed sentence and since then Mark has kept me updated on new sentencing guidelines that have been the only thing keeping me hopeful that one day I can continue living life normally. No matter what your mistake is it doesn't mean it defines you as a person. Trust in this man to do that for you.

Mr. Sussman and his staff did an excellent job for me with my car accident case. They listened to me about my problems and were able to get the results I needed. I have recommended Mr. Sussman to my friends and will continue to do so.

Eric was knowledgeable on the details & content of my case, he kept me updated & asked questions. His response to the board was well written & answered each allegation in full detail, leaving nothing much to question. His thoroughness in his written responses drastically decreased the amount of questions asked by the board in my panel review hearing. They quickly came to a conclusion & dismissed/closed my case. Today on 08/07/2023 we got a happy news from Eric that our case was dismissed without making it to court. My Mother was accused of sexual abuse by family member. Sick. Our family got involved in that as we were trying to help her. Hennepin County did slapy job on investigation. We have spent hours on calling different attorneys in Twin City. Some said they would call back and never did, some were charging $200-500 for consultation by appointment. And then we called Anderson Defense. Eric called us back within half an hour. He got the picture of what is happening within 5 minutes of me trying to explain all the mess we got into . I was forgetting words and stumbling on explanation, but he quickly got me back together as a puzzle. Mark is the best. He is so helpful. He always make sure things get done and always on top of helping. I feel so happy to have him help with my case. He is a truest person and people carrying.
