Ms. Cooper is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Social Security Disability appeals process and was able to explain the essential aspects of the process to my brother and myself in a very clear and succinct manner. She was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. Her relaxed, confident demeanor was very reassuring and heartening. She was accommodating and generous with her time, provided us with excellent guidance and seemed to genuinely want to be helpful. Since our initial meeting, Ms. Cooper has been very responsive to calls and emails and I am confident that she will work hard to support us in my brother’s SSD appeal.
