Jane Binder has a winner take all approach that ignores the long term consequences of her unnecessarily aggressive tactics and the best interests of both parties and especially the children. Her approach is decidedly caustic. She lies, allows and even encourages her clients to engage in petty/vindictive behaviors and destroys any possibility of the parties being able to work amicably, pragmatically and reasonably together both during the proceedings and afterward the proceedings are final.
