If you are reading this, chances are that you are going through a difficult, exhausting, and potentially traumatizing time. You might also be overwhelmed and disheartened with finding legal representation. Last winter, I was in your shoes: I was burnt out. I was tired. I was scared and confused. I was dealing with an employment issue that was far outside of what I knew how to handle. I sought counsel and found firsthand how challenging even this first step is. Never willing to stand up against corrupt state actors. In bed with the state as are MOST lawyers. Just know all BAR members 1st allegiance is to the state, then to public safety, then the client. We can NEVER get a fair trial or impartial justice with this corrupt system of oppression of the common people.

I contacted Madia Law about a potential discrimination case. Sam was fantastic! He listened to everything I had to say and walked me through each piece of the claim and process. Eventually, I decided not to go through litigation and we closed my case. However, even though we didn't pursue that path, Sam was a wealth of knowledge (and patience). Of course, I hope this never happens again, but if it did, I wouldn't hesitate going back. I'll recommend him to everyone that'll listen!

Sara and Sam were absolutely wonderful to work with. They took on my case regarding wrongful termination. Sam was responsive, respectful, and very easy to work with. Sara was very kind and was great at advising and answering all of my questions after we had reached a settlement. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Claudia was rude and inconsiderate when I spoke to her on the phone she would sigh when I would try speaking and her higher-ups seemed to condone this behavior i would rate 0 star if it was available would not recommend to anyone with serious disputes

Madia Law delivers! Competence, I demand competence. Ashwin and Zane digested all the elements of my case, a complex case with a plethora of moving parts yet distilled it down to its essence. Ashwin offered me several options yet, in the end, did what was in MY best interest – a trial. First and most importantly, he dispatched an entangled judge then he learned what was important to the folks in my region. Tenacity, I want tenacity. We prepared for trial, not by a simple rehash of events but a thorough preparation for all possible scenarios. By the time of trial … Ashwin made us all Marines. Passion, I like passion. At trial, Ashwin was unflappable and calmly impeached witness after witness. Ashwin had to convince twelve jurors while the defense only needed to convince one. He spoke to the jury. He connected with the jury. He alone treated the jury as a group of his peers. Ashwin and Zane proved indignation and arrogance were not a defense and it was done. Teamwork? I like teamwork. Josh keeps score while Zane serves it up and Ashwin hits ‘em out of the park. Perpetrators deny in perpetuity so my advice is: Don't be a victim, stand strong, keep your nose clean and give Sara a call at Madia Law.

I got great advice and personal attention from both Ashwin, Josh, and Sara. My claim was resolved to my satisfaction, but more to the point, they listened and understood the issues. Heartily recommend.

Had a brief, but good experience with Madia & Ashwin. Ashwin called me back the same day after I shared my situation with someone at the firm. It was great to have him play back to me such detailed information about my situation with the first person I spoke with. I appreciated how he listened to my adding some more details. And I appreciate how he was honest with me that he didn't feel my situation was a good match for their firm, however he spent more time with me on the phone giving me some advice, and also said he would be happy to have me call back and bounce some things off of him for no charge as I proceed. This made me feel this is a firm based on good sound values. And Ashwin seemed to be well versed in all the legal issues I was facing.
