I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience with Sandra’s immigration firm. My husband and I reached out on Friday and Saturday for a simple phone call to discuss urgent timelines after unexpected changes in our situation. Instead of taking 20 minutes to provide the guidance wedesperately needed, Sandra chose to drop us as clients entirely—right before an imminent and terrifying deadline for our family. To make matters worse, she responded to our requests with an insulting and condescending text, insinuating that we were being unreasonable for seeking her time. This was especially shocking since we hadn’t had a single phone call or meaningful communication since paying the retainer in August! Her dismissive attitude suggested we were upset that “the law wasn’t working in our favor,” when all we were seeking was guidance to understand different filing options before a critical deadline. This lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic responsiveness during such a high-stakes time left us feeling abandoned and unsupported. If you’re looking for a lawyer who will actually show up when you need them and treat you with respect, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This firm failed us when we needed them most.
