To say the Ostrom Law Office is excellent is an understatement. It is superlative. In an era of languishing customer service, Caroline and her team provide the kind of service reminiscent of the golden era (whatever that may have been), and then some. Caroline is extremely competent, attentive, and warm. She and her team *listen* to you and then tailor the plan/petition based on your exact needs. They truly are on top of things. Consistent responses to each and every question the next day or even the same day are their standard. This is rare. I’ve dealt with several immigration attorneys and Caroline has been the best by far. I am extremely grateful and fortunate to have come across her office’s website.
