She and her team are extremely detail oriented and prompt. Any time we had a question or a concern, it would be addressed within 24 hours, most often the same day. She even went above and beyond, helping me with obtaining correct foreign documentation—through a process that I found difficult to understand. She charged us a very reasonable flat fee, so we didn’t need to worry about additional costs for what turned out to be a long wait time. In no small part, due to her efforts, my family and I are able to live together in the United States. I am very grateful to her and her team and cannot recommend her services enough.
