I recently had a contract dispute with a local contractor. After months of no movement on the part of the contractor, I engaged Evan to help resolve this. After collecting pertinent facts he was able to explain to the contractor my desire to cancel the contract, and justify to them why they should cancel all obligations and refund my deposit. The contractor complied and this, which was the optimal solution. Thank You Evan.
