Great people at lundgren and Johnson I never thought I could win a case, because were I'm from people like me use to allow the state to offer us deals, even when we knew we was innocent, this firm has showed me that just because someone say you did, doesn't mean that it is true, I've sever yrs of my life for something I didn't do, and that sad part about that is the kids well being, ect. David Lundgren is a knowledgeable professional that successfully advocated for me in court to best provide me a future after I made a mistake. I hired David after I was involved in a drunk driving incident. I was guilty of the offense, and was looking for assistance in advocating for my cause in court. I was in college at the time, and was looking for this to have little impact on my pursuit of an education. My case was special in that when I was in the hospital I denied to have a blood test performed by an officer while I was inebriated. David, through building a detailed case with me and taking control of our message in court, was able to provide me with the best resolution. I was looking at a substantial fine in the thousands, time in prison, and measures taken against my driving license. These charges would have substantially affected my life in a negative manner, and I would have lost my job and would not have completed school if I had gone to jail. Through David's powerful presence in the room and knowledge of Minnesota and Federal law, I now stand having learned a valuable lesson and suffering only a small fine, a few responsible driving courses, and a license suspension for a small period. I am certain, with an attorney of a lower caliber, I would not be so well equipped to experience success in my future. The moment I met David, he made clear to me the consequences of reoffending and the outlook of my situation in court.
