Allan Caplan achieved the impossible. On a third DUI, with time still pending from a prior conviction and probation, he worked out a deal that involved a long term treatment program and 60 days of home detention. We were looking at 4 years in prison, and most lawyers I talked to thought the best they could do was get that down to a year. I am so glad I hired Allan Caplan!

Allan caplan is an excellent Minneapolis criminal lawyer. He has helped to resolve my DWI case which was a third offense. I was able to get the judge to determine that the source code from the intoxilyzer was not applicable in my case and the judge dropped the charges as did the prosecutor.
