Eric and his assistant nashaly have been extremely unreliable in all aspects. They have misinformed me countless times and even provided me with false predictions or "hope". Nothing after 2 and a half years of working with them has been a positive experience. The only person that will keep you accountable is your self and asking the right questions. Eric will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get his retainer. After that you don't matter and believe me it's 100x harder to contact Eric after you paid. Nothing is as they say it should be. I wanted a second opinion after all the time and legal fees it was not even a option. Eric took it apon himself to settle all my cases in one single situation to remedy himself of the workload I came with. I asked Eric in the beginning before opening my business and paying his retainer if my company would be at risk. He said nobody wants to take your business away. What he should of said is "nobody wants to take your business seriously " In the courtroom Eric identified my business as something as it's not to the judge directly. After 2 and a half Years. Working together. I would expect that to never happen. The information Eric has provided to multiple people in my defense has been "WRONG". Please find another legal team to assist you on your problems. Eric Newmark should be disbarred and not representing anyone in any legal matters. A warrant and other things have been quashed by the low quality work they provide. If you want to play with your freedom and have potential fines with a case you believe you have potential in. By all means use Eric and nashaly. You will be holding your breath and wondering what and how it all went to Nothing. I have a feeling Eric sells off certain cases to the prosecutor to make other arrangements for non related cases. That's just the vibe of what I've seen so far the past few years. Seems impossible to get realistic with Eric and his team. Fear tactics and guilty trips are some of the nasty methods they have used on merepeatedly. Always going back on their own words which gives no back bone or support for them and for me as they are my representative. Please reconsider your options if you value your business, freedom, Financials, ect. This law firm is false hope with no credibility on anything to be proud of. Liars and con artists work here. Run away 👎 👎 👎

During my career, I have worked with minority firms and had the opportunity to see how corporate America engages in discrimination. However, I was not expecting to experience age discrimination in professional hiring. My experience with a large Minneapolis firm paralleled the discriminatory behavior that I had previously seen. I was ultimately referred to Brian Rochel by another respected Minneapolis firm due to their confidence in Brian’s expertise in employment law and litigation. I have retained and worked with a number of highly respected domestic and international lawyers and thus have extensive professional experience in hiring and evaluating legal counsel. Brian is among the best. At inception, Brian thoroughly evaluated and researched my case. There are a lot of nuances in law and particularly employment law that only a skilled practitioner can address. I was pleased with Brian’s knowledge and ability to patiently address any and all issues that needed clarification. He was always prepared. Much of law requires an analysis and presentation of the issues in writing. Brian has an ability to clearly articulate the issues and present the strengths and weaknesses of the case as it progressed and as new evidence came to light. Opposing outside counsel for the company was formidable – a senior partner and his team from a large nationally recognized law firm that only represents companies. Brian handled the depositions of the company personnel and he was always prepared knowing exactly the line of questioning and information he hoped to elicit from each individual. When I was deposed, he was able to keep the company’s counsel within bounds and clarified my testimony when required for the record. At times, opposing counsel was overreaching in an effort to intimidate, but he always knew how to successfully push back. Brian’s firm took my case on contingency which meant that he believed in the validity of my claims. Unfortunately, corporate counsel was particularly ruthless and made ferreting out the truth difficult to the point of confusing the facts. Ultimately it became evident that the muddle that had been created would preclude the expected resolution. Brian knew when the case began that it would be a difficult case as there was little legal precedent available. Nevertheless, Brian’s commitment never waivered in aggressively pursuing my claims and he was able to clearly articulate the risks and alternative approaches to resolution considering available evidence. If I ever need employment counsel in the future, I would call Brian without hesitation and would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing the very best in employment counsel.
