They were so great on getting me through my court case with SSID. Had all I needed to win this year.

The reason I rated 3☆ is because they do have a high paralegal turn around and it takes a long time for them to get back to you.

Absolutely wonderful! They even assisted with connecting me to a free service to help with my Medicare.
The only thing they could work on; getting a direct phone number to attorneys assistant rather than going through the main line, getting put on hold right away then leaving a message for the assistant to call back.
