Having Mr. Herman in my corner allow me to rest easy knowing someone was aware of the need for timeliness in my case. Our initial consultation went well (or so we thought) we followed through on his advise and went back to India after J1 was over. Now he has cancelled minutes before our meeting and taken over a day to respond to a reschedule. We decided to find a new lawyer who was mortified that we even left the US as there was ways to keep us in the US as I'm a citizen.
