2021: I once again am here to recommened David Immigration Law! I used his services again over the last year but this time for the Diversity Visa Program where I was lucky enough to get a spot for a potential Greencard. Andrew handled my case professionally and helped with every step of the process making sure I understood what was going on and keeping my nerves at ease. I clicked the link to her website and started email and phone contact and decided to go with the $250 skype call consultation and document review. My immigration issues have been going on for 21 years, which has been 21 years of anxiety and extreme stress. I contacted Andrew as I had been denied a B2 tourist visa on a misunderstanding. It was extremely frustrating and stressful and there was no way I could get a review of the decision. Andrew was able to assist by collating the necessary information and sending this to the consulate prior to my next appointment. The staff had a heads up I was coming and were given the details of the misunderstanding and why it occurred. Without this, I doubt they would have reconsidered my application. Andrew made himself available to chat prior to the appointment so I could get some last minute tips. I got my Visa the second time around. Had I known the importance of the language you need to use during these interviews I would have engaged Andrew the first time around.
