Andrew and Julie were able to get my partner and I an E3/E3D visa back in 2018. More recently we applied for this visa again - the turn around time was very impressive - around a month! Andrew and Julie were very prompt with their responses and willing to answer any questions we had. We felt very prepared going for the interview at the UK embassy and had no issues. I had questions around what I was and wasn't allowed to do on my next trip to the US. Every 'answer' I found online gave two more questions, as I couldn't confidently interpret the wording to apply to my exact situation.
Andrew was amazing to speak with, and I was able to walk away from our phone call with all of the knowledge and clarity that I hadn't been able to find for months.
Note also that I am a British citizen and received all of the information I needed; Andrew's expertise isn't limited to Australian citizens.
