They worked with me and kept me informed of what was happening with my case. Never stopped working on my case until it was finally accepted and I was giving SSI and SSDI. They are great people to work with and always got back to me if I had any questions or concerns about my case. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is having problems getting there SSI or SSDI. I WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORKED ON MY CASE. THANK YOU.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew for my 2 Visa applications to the USA, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Both got approved straight away. Andrew's attention to detail and wealth of information made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His guidance was invaluable, and I felt well-informed every step of the way.
Andrew's thorough approach and commitment to excellence are truly commendable. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of Visa assistance. Without hesitation, I will turn to Andrew again for any future Visa applications I may have.

I am an Indian and went for visa stamping at Mexico consulate for H1B where my stamping was denied with 212(a)(6)(c)(i) bar which is a lifetime ban to enter US. After the bar I consulted 2-3 attorneys but did not get any positive response. Most of the lawyers in US are not aware that a life time bar can be reversed with correct documentation if you know that you not misrepresented anything .
My case was similar I was given 212(a)(6)(c)(i) due to some issue with my employer with whom I entered the country on H1 after that I did visa transfer to 2 more employers but still stamping was denied.
After doing my research on the best lawyer in US to work on 212(a)(6)(c)(i) I took consultation from Dyan after moving back to India and explained all the details on all my visa and stay in US and she suggested that we can prepare the proper documentation to get the bar removed . She was hopeful about my case which gave me hopes.
I hired Dyan to work on my case. Dyan primarily work on email communication only which initially I thought is not right but realized later that it was the proper way to do it . She will answer all your questions on email and will also give instructions and the timelines of progress which you can refer any time as its in email. She will ask you to prepare all the summary about your case regarding all visas and situation of denial.
In my case she prepared legal memorandum along with affidavit and many more support letters to submit to US consulate during visa interview . Documentation was very detailed and to the point which will give your history in US from first day to last day.
I took another visa appointment and went to consulate with the documentation to submit.
Dyan gave details on how to answer the question and how to request to submit the documentation to visa counselor officer.
I went for interview but to my disappointment the officer did not accepted any documentation and denied the visa again under 212(a)(6)(c)(i). Felt like months of effort is wasted but Dyan explained about the next step in which she asked me to save all the documentation in a google drive folder in proper format suggested by her.
Dyan then submitted the documentation to direct contact email address of consulate ,but at this step also we did not get any favourable response from consulate instead they advise us to contact legalnet .
Legalnet which is also called supervisory review was the last step left with us at this point I was not hopeful of any positive result but Dyan suggested to submit the request for supervisory review.
So I went ahead for submitting the documentation for supervisory review, Dyan then drafted the email to be sent for supervisory review . I read that response from legalnet can take months and is mostly negative.
After around 3 months Dyan received a response with message that case is resolved and to communicate with consulate for further steps.
At this time I contacted the consulate and sent the passport for stamping with visa stamped .
In short is Dyan is one of the best lawyer out there in US out of few who work on these complicated cases . She is very knowledgable and answer all your questions with available options .
I can’t Thank enough to Dyan for the excellent handling of my case .

Super professional and efficient! They were hands-on and personable. They also were able to effectively get our Social Security disability appeal reversed by being so prepared that the actual hearing was almost a formality.

Reitan Law Office was on a list of offices provided by my county for help with disability cases. From day one my lawyer has been very easy to talk to. He is very calm and patient. He has reassured and settled me down on several occasions which is outside of the job parameters I would have expected.
The process was overwhelming but once they took my case, things became less stressful and I experienced feeling human again. I have a favorable decision because of this firm. I feel protected, advocated for, and safe. That says a lot for me.
I deeply appreciate your services and humanity in which you administer them. Thanks, Ed.

I am so grateful I found Mark Dady and team. Mark and Riley have provided excellent guidance as I have navigated my first franchise agreement. I have worked with many corporate attorneys in my past and this team is the best I have worked with on all fronts - experienced, collaborative, efficient. The document they provided on my FDD was well organized, clearly written and helped me to quickly identify the risk areas in my agreement. Their depth of experience in the industry meant they were able to help me understand what is typical vs where my franchisor was deviating from industry standard. This context is so important in negotiations especially if you’re new to franchising. Our conversations have been efficient and to the point. Mark and Riley have both been very responsive and available, even occasionally responding to time sensitive issues after hours. Needless to say, I plan to use them on all my franchising needs and know I’m in the best hands!

Ed Olson at Reitan Law was the key to finally winning my disability case after almost 6 years of fighting. He was really great to work with, explained everything really well, was patient with all my questions, and overall really easy to talk with despite how stressful the disability process can be. Reitan Law was on top of getting all my records, made sure my case was well prepared, and was great about communicating and just being great overall. I highly recommend Reitan Law!!
