I can’t speak much about what’s happening in my case but my employer failed me in many aspects of my employment. I decided to pursue legal recourse and the office of Wanta Thome PLC has been the spine to help me stand and face the corporation that allowed people to discriminate against me. Stand up for what you believe in, your life matters! These individuals will be there along the way!

Wanta Thome was a pleasure to work with. They were able to achieve a suitable agreement for me in a timely matter.

They will NOT help you if you were wrongfully terminated by a TEMP AGNECY. My case was immediately rejected as soon as the lawyer (D’Cruz) heard it was a temp agency. I specifically told the lawyer that I had never signed any paperwork regarding my assignment, and was wrongfully terminated and she was just hung up on the fact that it was a temp agency and that it’s “too difficult dealing with them“….

I’ve been a customer for several years, luckily I haven’t needed much legal help but recently I did. And WOW! I was blown away with the service I received. My lawyer, Bob was more than diligent in doing his job but he went above and beyond, giving me the necessary knowledge and tools for MY SPECIFIC case. If you are looking for a lawyer or law firm, I would undoubtedly recommend with flying colors!

After talking to a lawyer I better understand the two different ways to bypass probate court with regards to disposing my house with regards to a will.

The response to my calls for assistance are always quick and positive. The staff are always friendly and informative, thus leading to a resolution to my immediate problem.

(This attorney had a nice paralegal(Colby) who seemed to care) OVERALL RESULT OF SERVICE: LESS THAN WORTHLESS Meaning not only were they not effective in area of expertise but also ended up wasting months of my life. There are better firms out there that are willing to actually do their part of the work for you rather than having you build the entire case for them and serve it to them in on a silver platter.

When I first contacted Wagner, Falconer, & Judd through LegalShield I was left frustrated as the attorney assigned to me didn’t communicate, would constantly close my file, and wasn’t knowledgeable. After asking for a different attorney, they gave me Attorney Rupi Bahia and what a difference. She’s not only wicked smart and very knowledgeable about the matter at hand, she takes the time to explain things and is constantly in communication. She has handled all my questions with grace and insight, is timely, and always keeps me informed on what is needed & where in the process we are. I can’t say enough good things about Rupi - she’s an 11 out of 10 who always exceeds expectations. Attorney Rupi Bahia completely changed my opinion of the firm and LegalShield.

I was a client of Wagner, Falconer & Judd for almost 10 years through LegalShield. They have one amazing attorney, Kammey Mahowald, that always listened, cared about the issue, and followed through as if I was a full paying client. The other attorneys I worked with over the years often seemed irritated or they trivialized my concerns. One attorney even took a personal cell phone call while on the phone with me. In the summer of 2023, I ended up needing to file for conciliation court after a contractor caused damage to my home. After a default judgement the defendant’s attorney filed incorrect paperwork, and had the Wagner, Falconer & Judd attorney looked up the file, he could have resolved the issue by helping me write a letter to the court. Instead of helping me remedy the situation, I was pushed to leave the firm to an outside attorney that would represent me for a reduced rate of $300 an hour. Unable to afford those rates for a conciliation court matter, I have been representing myself for over a year in conciliation court, district court and now I need to attempt to represent myself in appellate court. Instead of being properly assisted by the attorney, I have been searching the internet and community law libraries and self- help lines for the services that Wagner, Falconer & Judd was touted as providing. After paying monthly fees for 9 and a half years, to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. This case could have been settled months ago if the initial Wagner, Falconer & Judd attorney had taken the time to look at the MCRO file and assisted me in writing a letter to conciliation court. Instead, he insisted I hire an outside attorney so he could close the case for his firm. Please ensure that Wagner, Falconer &Judd will provide the services they say they will before deciding to work with them. In regards to the response from owner - this issue has nothing to do with the customer service team and everything to do with the attorneys provided. I have already discussed my concerns with a representative from your firm and was told it would result in a "teaching moment" for the attorney involved. However, this is not helpful for my legal issues and I was not offered alternate assistance.

I had an appointment with Nick Kaylor today scheduled for 4:30, he called at 2:30 while I was working without asking if I would be available. He said that he didn’t think I had a case with him because in his experience he has never worked on a case like this. I asked him 3 times how long he had been practicing law, because he sounded young, and inexperienced. He refused to tell me how long he had been practicing law each time instead stating that he had been practicing for “a few years” without any further clarification even when prompted. He was unclear, I had to ask him multiple times to slow down. I would not work with Nick Kaylor.
